Meet your Therapist

My name is Lena Normén-Younger, and I’m a PhD, Clinical Nutritionist, and Counsellor with a passion for supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions. I use a versatile and client-centered approach, tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual or couple I work with. Whether you’re seeking ongoing support or just a single session, I believe that every therapeutic encounter has the potential to create meaningful change.

My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and evidence-based methods. I’m committed to helping you build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and develop the tools needed to face life’s challenges and create more fulfilling relationships.

No two people or situations are the same, and I take pride in adapting my approach to meet you exactly where you are.
